Portable scanner, document cameras, and book scanners on display at Booth 3486 as the company expands its North American AV presence
Orlando, FL — June 2025 — Joyusing Technology brought its latest visual communication and document scanning solutions to InfoComm 2025, held June 11–13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. At Booth 3486, the company demonstrated its expanding portfolio of document cameras, book scanners, and portable scanning devices to a record-setting crowd of AV professionals and end users.
A highlight of the booth was the ScanPad 100, a foldable document scanner designed for users who need to digitize paperwork quickly without dedicating desk space to a traditional flatbed. The device folds down to a compact form factor and unfolds into a fixed top-down capture station, allowing users to lay documents flat and scan instantly—no angle adjustment required.
On the show floor, Joyusing representatives walked attendees through the ScanPad 100's core capabilities: automatic alignment that straightens crooked pages, continuous scanning for batch digitization of contracts and forms, and OCR support for converting scanned documents into editable text. The device also functions as a live visualizer, projecting real-time footage of documents or objects onto a connected display—a feature that drew interest from educators and presenters in attendance.
The ScanPad 100 series is available in 13MP and 16MP configurations, with USB-C connectivity and compatibility across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Alongside the ScanPad 100, Joyusing showcased its established document camera lineup, the product category the company has built its reputation around. These cameras are designed for classrooms, conference rooms, and remote teaching setups, offering plug-and-play connectivity to projectors, monitors, and computers via USB or HDMI.
Key models on display emphasized features that matter to AV integrators and educators: 4K resolution, PDAF autofocus for sharp images at any distance, flexible multi-joint arms for capturing objects from any angle, and built-in LED lighting for low-light environments. The company's document cameras are compatible with major video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, making them suitable for both in-room presentations and hybrid workflows.
Joyusing also presented its book scanner solutions, addressing the specific challenge of digitizing bound materials without damaging spines or losing text near the gutter. The V320 series, shown at the booth, features laser-assisted flattening technology that corrects curved pages into flat, readable scans, along with switchable A3/A4 scanning areas and physical buttons for quick operation.
These scanners are aimed at libraries, archives, universities, and any organization tasked with preserving and providing access to bound reference materials. OCR support for over 180 languages and export to Word, PDF, and Excel formats round out the workflow.
New to the Joyusing lineup was the Flip 600 Series, a 4K webcam built around a practical versatility that most webcams lack: the ability to seamlessly switch from a face-to-face meeting camera to a document camera. A built-in smart sensor auto-detects the camera's orientation, offering both portrait and desk view modes—when the lens is flipped downward, it becomes a visualizer for showcasing documents, products, or sketches during a call.
Under the hood, the Flip 600 Series pairs a 12MP 1/2.55″ CMOS sensor with PDAF phase-detection autofocus, delivering 4K UHD video at 30fps and fast, accurate focus whether the subject is a person across the room or a document held close to the lens. Dual built-in microphones with AI noise reduction and echo cancellation capture clear audio from up to 10 feet away, while a flip-style privacy cover physically blocks the lens when the camera is not in use. Plug-and-play USB connectivity and a 1/4-inch tripod mount round out a package aimed at remote workers, teachers, and anyone who needs one camera to handle both meetings and tabletop demonstrations.
Joyusing's participation in InfoComm 2025 reflects the company's push to expand its footprint in the North American pro AV market. With a booth in the Exhibit Hall and a lineup spanning portable scanners, document cameras, and book scanners, the company positioned itself as a one-stop source for visual communication hardware—whether the task is scanning a receipt, presenting a lesson, or preserving a centuries-old volume.
